As soon as we walked in, there was a lovely welcome from Izzy. A calm and gently spoken young lady who took the time to listen and carefully look for hotels and destinations to match our wishes. Thorough and detailed. Offered ideas. Holiday successfully booked.

Agent was unbelievable. She worked her socks off to arrange EVERYTHING for our holiday. Flights, seats, baggage car park, lounge, transfers, hotel package.

We booked with Izzy last Yr and she was just as helpful this year as last. She works hard to find us what we are looking for.

Knowledgeable, patient staff member who took a lot of time to sort out a late booking to Disneyland Paris in the most economical way & to suit a 5-year old too. She was happy to work out a quote the day prior to confirming the booking the following day (by which time the hotel was not available & involved another search for accommodation). Nothing was too much trouble.
All the staff were engaging & coffee refreshment was offered too!
