The Company puts the customer first.
The Company puts the customer first and ensures whatever enquiry/ holiday is dealt with the utmost ease. I asked if a certain offer was still available, the rep checked that it was, and holiday booked. Simple as that. I’ve started using Hays Travel more often and I’m never disappointed.

Currency exchange
We had received some dollars as a wedding present and we had the ‘buy back guarantee’ we were two days over the guarantee as we have just came back from our holiday and they would not honour the rate meaning we have lost out. I don’t think the buy back should be offered (at cost) if they are not honoured. 6 weeks 2 days since purchase.

Holiday in Madeira.
We were made to feel welcome and valued. Laura was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was explained carefully and all questions answered. Laura was extremely efficient and organised our holiday brilliantly.
