Although there were issues with the booking going through, everyone I spoke to via email or via phone call were extremely friendly, helpful and doing their best to sort out the issue

Booking on Hays website was easy.You could solve all of your travel needs in one go.Including airport parking & transfers.

Very easy process on booking. Would of been useful to see a ' what's included' during the booking process, I did not see any transfer to and from the hotel information so I spent a lot of time looking... Ver mais

The discount code didn't work even though we fulfilled the spend criteria, otherwise we found the holiday we wanted to book really easily,

Just an update to say that after some email correspondence, the discount was applied retrospectively and I am happy with the service recovery. Good job Hays Travel
