We have recently exchanged contracts on our house purchase and I cannot thank Kaylee, Karen and Lyndsey enough for their support throughout what has been a lengthy and, at times, challenging transaction.

From the outset, they have been professional, responsive and incredibly patient, keeping us informed every step of the way and always taking the time to explain matters clearly. There were several complexities along the way, including legal issues that required additional work and last-minute lender delays, but the team remained calm, proactive and determined to keep everything moving forward.

We used Hayward Moon for conveyancing on the sale of a flat and were hugely impressed. The big thing was that the conveyancer for the buyer were terrible - but our side at HM never gave up, constantly chasing and going the extra mile, and keeping us updated, often as they pushed to do things the other side should have done etc. We honestly don't think our sale would have gone through with any other conveyancing firm.

Emma and Courtney helped with both our house sale and house purchase. The communication was absolutely brilliant with very timely responses. We were kept up to date with everything. I would most definitely recommend and would always use again for myself.
