I had an extremely disappointing experience with Julia Schofield during the purchase of my property. The sale was repeatedly delayed due to poor handling and a complete lack of communication throughout the process. If it hadn’t been for my solicitor stepping in and pushing things forward, I genuinely don’t believe the sale would have completed.
I constantly had to chase for updates and involve multiple people just to get basic responses and progress. Julia came across as incredibly inexperienced and unprofessional, which made an already stressful process even worse.
I honestly do not understand how someone with this level of incompetence is the director of a company. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their services.

Great communication from Annabel and Maja, they worked so hard to get me into my house asap and went above and beyond with chasing information and chasing others to get the letters and stuff back asap, would highly recommend, genuinely a pleasure having them as solicitors
