We have no other option but to use the current line of credit. Unfortunately, the terms and conditions do not adjust based on improvements to our business credit. To secure more favorable terms, we would need to cancel the existing line of credit and apply for a new one. The interest rates on this line are extremely high.

They are slow to respond some times and…
They are slow to respond some times and their rates are of the worst out there. Moved to another company which gave us a substantial higher amount we can borrow and HALF the rate these guys charged us. If you are hurting and have NO other option, this is the company to go with. I hope I never have to get a loan from them again - it's brutal - 44.5% interest is, in my opinion, robbery!

Unethical
The loan part was fine. I knew i was paying an UBER high rate, but it was short term & an easy application process. But after I paid everything back - they have had 3 months to send me my refund & they have not sent the refund from my payoff when i added an extra day-two "just in case." When I call they have various excuses. At the end of the day - 3 months? And counting? Sure seems like they have very little ethics.

Unable to draw funds from my account
I was able to draw funds from my account as needed,
now I was told by a representative that I can only withdraw a daily amount of $400 from an atm machine I asked why this change to my account and was told that that is all I can do now to get funds no more draws of funds to be deposited into my business account. I would like to know an actual reason why!

When I opened my credit line
When I opened my credit line, the interest percentage was not showing on my page. Few months later it appeared when I logged in and it was almost a 70% interest!!!! I called to see if they could help me and they DID NOT HELP AT ALL!

Do not FALL for this! Not BBB accredited
Not BBB accredited! 84% APR is NOT acceptable for anyone. When paying down a loan... you can't get out from under it when you're a small business. Don't settle for this. There are real options! Talk to someone who knows how loans work and can explain to you. A business I work for loan for two years still owes same amount! This should be illegal.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN
RUN! Whatever your situation, you can find batter options than ~60% APR. Also, they will block when online payments can be made so you can’t make payments to help with internet. Run as fast as you can! They rip off small businesses!
