Great natural products and a quick delivery!
I recently started using 2 of the probiotics which have worked wonders. The online price was cheaper than my local pharmacy. Easy to order and fast delivery.

You keep emailing me saying there's a problem with my card so you can't fulfil my subscription. Funny it's only a problem when its the subscription, the card works perfectly well at all other times. What the hell is going on do you not want my custom?
When delivering my safe space is in my hand not behind the wheelie bin, I'm disabled so struggle to get to the wheelie bin.

Poor Customer Service
Thank you for your reply after 1 week of our negative review.
Please note that this matter has been ongoing since 2021 when Covid was around.We had time and again contacted your pharmacy representative but had no success and no-one had offered to visit the pharmacy either to deal with our matter and stock that was not selling/expiring.This has therefore been ongoing for over 3 years and a conclusion was only arrived when we took drastic measures ie constant emails and reviews on Trustpilot.
You kindly gave us the credit note but this only happened after our second negative feedback on here which is when he bothered to call back.
A company that would like to sort such matters out would be in constant contact with customers updating them time and again.NOT THE CUSTOMER CHASING THE COMPANY.
We are also aware how business is managed and done therefore we are also looking at our best interest especially with company's like yourselves who promise to take stock back if it doesn't sell which is what we have done.
We are therefore not at fault as a customer and look forward to be dealt with fairly.
