Didn't receive my item
Didn't receive my item, after paying for next-day shipping. Didn't receive any reply to my email alerting them of this.
edited to add: I did receive an email reply just as I hit "submit" on this review. They have given me a full refund and some despatch depot somewhere has some vitamins rolling around.

It’s not the company - it’s Brexit. Very difficult to buy two units of probiotic and have to pay €23 customs duty on them

First Time (last january) i ordered…
First Time (last january) i ordered thé same item (2 pack of Resolife 250mg) and i did not Pay customs fees and now 2 months later i have to pay them. I wrote an email to understand why this happened and never get an answer. Do i have to a limited amount to escape customs fees or not ?! I still waiting an answer from You. Sincerely
