Last week I had a help from Caitlyn Evans,
a skilful customer service agent with the Health Code as I tried to register with insurance companies. Their online system was extremely complicated and intricate. Caitlyn was fantastic and so patient with me by walking me through and navigate their system so I could submit all my documentations. During the process we encountered another technical error which was caused by their side and Caitlyn was so proactive and efficient in communicating proactively with her appropriate departments as she sorted the problem for me on the day she said she would. I was so grateful to have had her help as without her friendly demeanor and professional knowledge with genuine intention to help her customers I would have had rather few challenging days on my hand.

The most cumbersome portal at this day and age. I had login problems when I needed to use HC abroad. They have never attended my case timely, let alone solve it. They stop replying my emails that asking their support meanwhile charged me almost six months. So unfair that they trust that they have a contract with all insurers that force us to use their portal. I have been experiencing their indifference and disrespect for the last eight months or so. Who does check their efficacy seriously?

The technician was very patient.
But there is a big BUT... The system is not user friendly in any way.
How is it that in our days and times it takes hours if not days, and only with the technician's support to understand how to use the system??!!
Something is very wrong here. Is it right that users really need to spend hours to submit their invoices?
Its enough to read the reviews here to understand the shortcomings of Healthcode's payment system which clearly has not been improved.
Its not enough to tell the reviewers that their feedback is appreciate. Its about time you act on it!

I've been having some issues with a consultant profile and I was assisted today by Amrit who understands the system and knows her job well. All the issues have now been rectified and Customer Service at it's best!!

I just had a great customer service experience with Zara Kahn, who expertly navigated me through the process of invoicing. She was very professional and friendly.

Every time I call Healthcode I speak to someone who is very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. The staff members are wonderful at understanding what I am struggling with, offering the best solutions and then guiding me through the steps to achieve this. They are a fantastic team!

Torture, so so bad, unless you're interested in the early history of websites.
If any alternative existed I would use it

This review is for the person I dealt with, NOT for Healthcode in general - the platform continues to have problems and many features don't work as they should. However, today I was assisted by Amrit who provided excellent customer service. I am not a happy customer at the moment, but she listened carefully to my complaints (there are several ongoing issues!) and did what she could to assist. She also called me back as promised, and though I am still not happy with the system in general, she was able to provide good information which will hopefully improve our billing accuracy.
