Excellent help from customer service to change bank details

I offer a one star, as there is not the option of a zero star. I am an administrator and I have tried to submit invoices and it has been a nightmare. There is the offer of an instruction video. It is an hour long (not the hallmark of an easy process), in addition it needs to be booked. It is only available on weekdays when neither the therapist nor I would have the time. I am so fed up that I am seriously considering to suggest to the therapist not to accept clients anymore with an insurance which requires billing via Healthcode.
Oh and about the reply from Healthcode on this site: Guess what, I did contact you prior to posting here, and so did the therapist. We gave you contact details and we are still waiting for a reply.

I am very happy with how fast I got the first answer from the support team. The issue was escalated and access to my account was fixed. Really happy with service.

Amrit was patient in helping me to figure it out how to solve my query, which was not straightforward. We tried it together and when it wouldn't work initially, she persevered until it was solved. It was great that I was able to stay on the phone throughout so that I was reassured it was being dealt with. I couldn't have solved this on my own (and I had tried for a few weeks to sort it myself in different ways).

I had a problem with an invoice not going through. Emailed on 03.11.22 and it was sorted on the 04.11.22. Amrit Cheema gave me full instructions on how to deal with the error should it come up again. By the way it was not a Healthcode error, it was just something new that Vitaltiy now want done.
