Can’t rate badly enough

Can’t rate badly enough. Was told by my GP they are awful and turned up on the day, no cancellation and the doctor just hasn’t turned up. Absolute joke. Could not be more disappointed.

APPALLING COMPANY.

APPALLING COMPANY.
Why is it so difficult for them to answer their phones? You can easily spend at least an hour waiting for someone to pick up. When they eventually pick up the staff are dismissive, uninterested and don't know anything. The teams don't co ordinate with each other. Its a shambles. I was advised by their Consultant that Health Harmonie will call me as soon as my blood tests were in. They didn't. Heads up- you have to do all the chasing- hours on the phone!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have an appointment that I need to change I have been calling almost every day I have also e mailed, today I have waited on the line for 2.5 hours this is out of order and I am getting very upset with this, very bad customer service
And I have still not managed to change my appointment

Unhelpful

Unhelpful, grumpy staff. Do not do what they say they will. Hard to get through on the phone
Only positive is that they use local clinic with good parking
Overall would not recommend and I cannot believe the NHS are paying for this

Your health is at risk here !

Can’t get through on phone , Sunday 19th April was cancelled half an hour before my appointment, I was very nearly at parkside Bromsgrove said there was some dispute between doctor and building , been booked for weeks for a follow up appointment for lesions on face , promised a rebooking phone call either same day or next day , well no one has bothered to call , it’s now weds , tried ringing yesterday can’t get through , they need get their act together as it’s not good enough to be treated this way, do not recommend, your health is at risk here , will choose Kidderminster general Hsp

Was referred to health harmonie by my…GP

Was referred to health harmonie by my GP as I had a growth on my neck.
I was given a consultation within 10 days.
At the consultation, I was informed the growth, which turned out to be skin cancer, would be removed within 2 weeks.
I had the procedure today, which considering there were 2 bank holidays
In-between was almost spot on.
It was carried out professionally and efficiently.
Can't fault Health Harmonie at all.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke! They have put my sons health at risk on several occasions, doctors have not turned up on Several occasions, appointments cancelled last minute, prescription not been ordered (resulting in needing a new appointment) staff rude, wait time for customers service is unacceptable, unorganised…..I could go on and on.

Deplorable

My GP referred me due to a skin condition. Many months later I received a ‘letter’ with no date or author or sender address.
I was not seen by any medical professional and the document describes an ‘action’ to ‘onward refer back to secondary care’. It was written by someone in secondary care, hence is recommending a referral is made to themselves. It is unclear who is doing that. Given that my GP referred me in the first place, I can’t see why they would do exactly the same thing again. Deplorable

RUBBISH

dont know what this company is doing with MHS, as it is awful. 2 years ago i was referred to another company for cataracts, that was done in 48 hrs. 2 weeks ago referred to healthharmonie as the rules changed. As I heard nothing for 2 weeks decided to chase them .
phone them about 10am, was told second in the queue. after about 10 mins message was please stay on the line will be with you soon. waited nearly 2 hours
NOTHING, email sent no reply, I gave up.
DO NOT USE REPORT THEM TO YOUR MP.

Disappointing and unprofessional

Health Harmonie have been looking after my eyes (high pressure) for several years and I have always been happy with their care. However my last visit was very unsatisfactory and disappointing. The members of staff were unprofessional, untidy and appeared completely uninterested, not a single courteous good morning etc. The Consultant was polite and efficient. I do not feel that I had a thorough examination.

On the whole I had good experience again. I visited Cannock hospital for a skin biospy. My appointment was less than 30 mins behind. The staff were all very friendly. The biopsy was painless. Staff were proficient. Full explanations were given re after care. Stitch has since been removed & area healed nicely.
My only moan would be, since I wore a dress to the clinic, I did feel a little exposed lying on the couch with just my tights on. Perhaps having even a piece of the couch paper roll over me would have been more acceptable.
Otherwise A*
Whenever I've needed to contact Health Harmony over the phone, the staff have always been extremely helpful & kind.

AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A SERVICE

The service is not great at all and is the worst service I’ve ever had. This is supposed to be a service which offers help to its patients. Instead I have been subjected to doing their job for them. I was told I had to source my own blood tests which the doctor just disregarded the results because it wasn’t conducted by health Harmonie. I was then taken off my medication back in December and haven’t had anything in replacement. I was then told I have been referred to the hospital for injections and I have to chase it up myself to get everything sorted. The waiting time to get through is ridiculous, it took over 1 hour and 30 mins just to get through to reception. I receive automated texts to say my appointments have been cancelled to then be told “ oh just ignore that it’s a glitch” it’s a pretty long ongoing glitch considering I get it every time. Yet again another job they don’t want to do or fix. Health Harmonie are an absolute joke of a health service. Nobody seems to listen, I’ve told the doctors my allergies and medication everytime I’m on the phone to them and they still get mixed up and want to prescribe me something I’m allergic to.

Thoughtful

I have twin boys: one has started treatment and the other was in the process of being referred. Health Harmonie, brilliantly, managed to book the appointment to follow on from my other son's existing appointment so I could take both and make only one journey. I hadn't requested this, some very smart and thoughtful person had realised and scheduled the appointments consecutively which was fantastic. I also managed to book consecutive appointments for our next visit. That level of thought is not common in the medical industry. Thank you so much Health Harmonie :)

Useless

How the NHS can refer people to these is unreal. Had a biopsy taken 20th March. Had no result yet, cant get hold of anyone. They never answer the phone. Spoke to my gp surgery and they tell me to phone them. How when they dont answer. Im literally getting nowhere. I COULD BE DYING AND NO ONE HELPS
