I had a wonderful experience buying 500g of Mesima mushroom extract. Service was prompt and courteous oh, and the product seems to be of excellent quality. Would definitely recommend them to anyone buying herbs and mushrooms.

I ordered some herbs which were put into two packages. One of the packages took 3 weeks to get to me but the other one took 2 and half months!

You actually don't deserve any stars. I order and paid for the product and waited and waited. Sent at least 2 emails to follow up on where the shipment was and received NO REPLIES - despite many attempts to contact you. I was told the shipment was processing, but no arrival date EVER!
When I finally did manage to get through after nearly 2 weeks I was told you don't ship to Hong Kong. Something you could have told me a long time ago.
The experience was horrible, and I would NOT recommend anyone purchase products from you for your lack of customer service and support.

I ordered 6 products but only received 5, one bag is empty. I contacted the company and I was told that they were going to send me the missing one. But never received anything after a month. Cheating is not the way to do business!

Please do not post a misleading reply! You arranged resending package after a month that I contacted you for missing item. I did not trust your company so I asked a refund!
