Scammed! A shirt was delivered instead, after waiting 2 wks after their scheduled date. There are other companies- try them & don’t loose out on money

defentily a brillant scam. defentily orgnized crime. here it is genious send out socks or some other garbage.then send the souvniers 'out once in a blue moon, keep that rateing up with the card companys, keep the scam going. do not trust that jag bud guru the dude with the beard, yeah a paid shill. have some courage people. challange them it says high c.b.d farms, so they know what is up. just say souvniers when you challange them .

They are not a scam site. If you happen to live in a country that has extremely strict customs then expect them to pick up on the packages. It's not HS fault. I'm in the UK, ordered 5 times and got them every time. Only reason I'm not giving 5* is that occasionally the seeds aren't great. I've had a couple of strains where the seeds were super small and delivered in a clear plastic bag rather than branded packaging. Other than that, all my orders have arrived. Again, if you live in AUS or NZ, you have to expect your customs to be doing their jobs.

I've been experimenting with different seed banks, and I have to say, Hebies Seeds has blown me away! 🌱🌿 Their genetics are top-notch, and the results speak for themselves.

Never had seeds confiscated. Makes me question their ability to stealth it... I reached out to see if they will refund..

Trust me the majority of the positive reviews are written by employees and affiliates of herbies this company will rip you off I guarantee my stuff was confiscated and I did not forget a refund just allow lying even though I provided them with the confiscation documentation do not buy from them they are a scam and for what I'm hearing your seeds are pretty crappy too

This is my second order, and it's the first time I've ordered from the USA.
I've had positive experiences on both occasions.

For this particular order from the states, the delivery spanned just 3 days, covering the entire coast-to-coast distance. I received 5 Bruce Banner beans, and they have an impressive appearance. I plan to cultivate 3 of them in the upcoming month.

While there were no complimentary items and the cost was slightly higher, there were absolutely no complications with customs, and I must emphasize the swiftness of the delivery.

They send seeds in a way that they know they wont get through customs. Then the say bad luck you had no insurance. They then say we can offer you premium seed bonus code if you reorder. They then the tipple the prices and say not our fault.
Beware you have been warned.

Scam! They set you up. Sent me a cash app to send money to then scammed me. Very unprofessional! They knew the cash app I was sending money to was geopordized. Then they said pretty much go get your money back sorry. They take your money and make that stuff up.

Prices are sky high, quality is poor. The so called free seeds you get with every order are not what the store claim them to be. Gorillaglue auto that I was supposed to get was not auto but a regular strain. I wasted nutrients and time on it. It should be finishing flowering by now but it is still growing 2 months after I bought it. They use chat bots that claim to be humans when you try to complain. Bot says that the company is giving only guarantee of germination of the seed. They dont give guarantee that you get the seed you ordered. Seriously. I have screen shots of entire chat with the bot. What a shame.

Last order of feminized Dinafem purple moby all had immature seeds at end of flower, flower room is a timber framed room inside another room so 100% no light leaks
Then order 5 seeds to AUS they just put em in a empty dvd case of course got picked up by customs the stealth is non existent
No reship because I didn't pay insurance would of been discovered by customs anyway then would hope they try and actually conceal them next time so just a money grab for insurance with no concealment
Never again and I'd suggest to any Aussie look elsewhere been a customer for 8 years and they treat u like dirt STAY AWAY

I ordered in July it took from then to December for it to arrive with no seeds just gloves with a “customs letter” there scamming there are reliable company’s actually fulfilling there orders they are not one

Ordered seeds 2 months ago. Finally I got an email saying the seeds arrived but it was only a box of 10 mint tea bags and a note, supposedly from US customs saying the seeds were confiscated. This note could easily have been printed by Herbies so they can get away with stealing from people. I sent them an email but I expect I will get nothing based on all the reviews I am reading on Trustpilot. I thought I researched and got a legitimate seller. I should have started with Trustpilot. Lesson learned.

Meanwhile, I also ordered from Burning Bush Nurseries and they delivered exactly as described. 5 stars for them - great packaging, good response time.

The do not refund

Sent me dud seeds and only offered totally different, unsuitable replacements in order to "honor" their germination guarantee. They do everything via bank transfer, too, so you can't easily do a chargeback when they try to defraud you, which is their policy.

I ordered $70 with the seeds from them and they said the package was delivered but it was not delivered. I have sent numerous emails and it takes anywhere from 10 days to two weeks to reply for each email. Their site says that somebody needs to sign for it but now they're trying to tell me they have it to where when it's delivered the postman can sign for it or something crazy. Now they said they're doing an investigation with the postal service and it can take 90 days to get results. All the other reputable seed companies says guaranteed germination and guaranteed for seed replacements if lost in the mail. And my friend told me when he ordered he only got three quarters of the seeds he was ordering and they're not working with him either. He only had 50% germination rate. This place is a total scam and I urge you to not go through them because there are a lot of other reputable companies like, seedsman, seed madness, ILGM, Sea of green which is run by vets and they have excellent prices and guarantees the seed to germinate and last all the way to harvest. Please stay clear of this company because you will get ripped off

If you live in Australia forget it they can't get anything through customs and they know it !!!!!!!!

The beans were detained by customs,so I received an empty package with a letter from customs explaining the beans can’t be shipped due to agriculture laws. I reached out to Herbie and they replaced them . I received them 10 days later. Great job. Great service. Thanks

These clowns sent out seeds with Tea Bags which is a food item .
This is a red flag for Australian Customs.
I received no seeds but a couple of tea bags left in the pack with a note from Australian Customs saying seeds were confiscated!
Don’t waste your money on these clowns, they have no idea on sending seeds safely through the mail.
Herbie seeds promise you the world but you receive nothing!
