Got email saying they fixed problem with order. Wouldnt know that because now the site doesnt even recognize my email. Please avoid this company.

I ordered from herbieseeds.com and set up an account and paid for my products. The receipt is from BCN with no order number or anything. 1 hour later a received a email for my order awaiting payment. I have attempted to log back in with no success and password reset isn't an option cause they don't recognize my email. I've chatted with a Bot from them 4 days now multiple times a day. They say they are awaiting payment or checking for my order. My favorite is they said we'll email when our financial department arrives. I'm very hurt by this.

Warning to anyone purchasing beans from herbies. You will not receive them and will be destroyed by customs. And then they will ignore any and all calls and messages about their so-called guarantee that is worthless. So if you want to throw your money away I would just build a fire instead of sending it to herbies

Thought I'll give Herbies a 5star,as they go out of way to get sorted in the end.They have so many people wanting to buy beans because they have one of best selection and prices in the world,no wonder it takes so long to get a reply.
Well I purchased beans in July and August ($260euros) tracked them all the way,1made to NZ didn't make it as destroyed past customs,2nd got lost in transit.Emailed in October got reply 6days later got them to resend both orders to new name and address,turned up 27 days later with beans I ordered.Free beans and other merchandise.
Postage and Customs are out of there control,they do send it they are not a scam as some people think!!!
There's other bean banks that do deliver world wide and quickly just shop around.😎

They have the us customs paper I sent them , my seeds was confiscated at JFK!!! And my refund is not going through!!# Herbie's is a Ponzi scheme!!! You don't get your money if you're order doesn't arrive!!! # jan.6th 2022 Seeds have only 0.03 THC level so they no longer are illegal!!!

Earlier this month September , I wrote review giving 1* ,( read if you want)
Anyways, I took confirmation of a refund, but 2 days later, I contacted HS, and we chatted.
Now, water under the bridge.
Yes, I review negative but , only if I was wronged. I expressed it, we talked, and I cooled off.

Herbies Seeds = SCAM

Ordered in August and never received orders. Like other disappointed customers, filed claims and sent emails. Herbies seeds will not reach out to resolve outstanding orders and does not live up to their guarantee. They only respond to negative reviews as though they will resolve but never does. Shop at your own risk and BE WARNED!

contacted again by Herbie seeds they deny I ever had to order but a girl that worked for them Amelia said she found my order order number 977-445 I showed them where the money was went to Paris moneytigo $141.07 and an international service charge $4.23 do not do business with them I repeat do not do business with them scam artist

This company is a scam. They change the order then will refuse to refund your money. What they do ship they do so illegally making you a liable. They mark there custom forms illegally so they don't have to pay the proper taxes or include the proper sanitary paperwork. Don't repeat do not order from here.

So Herbie's was paid off to screw me on the seeds I ordered from them. The haters pay off who ever they can. So Herbie's shouldn't even be around. Being I made 1st happen is why they screwed me on the seeds I had ordered

Herbies customer support keeps giving me the runaround. I paid via bank transfer only to receive an email stating my order had been cancelled. When I emailed asking why the order was cancelled, crickets. Asked via online chat and Lea said she found my payment and that my order would be shipped in the next few days. I asked that she send an email confirming this, which she told me I would receive in a few hours.

Days go by and not a single update. I reach out again via online chat and get Lea again. When I ask the status of my order, she tells me that they have not received my payment yet, to which I remind her that she did receive my payment and even send her a screenshot from our previous conversation confirming this. Lea then abruptly left the chat, stating she “had to go on break”.

Rosalia took over the chat, claiming that Lea simply used poor wording, and that Lea meant to say they received the paperwork from me for the transaction, but that the transaction hadn’t cleared yet. This doesn’t make sense, since Lea literally told me that my order would SHIP in the next 2 days.

I asked Rosalia to send me a confirmation email that my order was not in fact cancelled and that it was waiting on payment to process. She sent an email only stating that my order had been “updated”, and the email was actually prompting for payment again. When I confronted Rosalia with this, she simply stated to “rest assured” that my order would ship once payment cleared with their accounting department.

I hope to receive a legitimate update in the near future so I can change this review. Very disappointing.
