Nalan on their team was able to assist my service request and made everything really clear in terms of timings, payments etc. On the day, the driver (we hired a limo) was absolutely fantastic and made everything really simple. I would highly recommend Hertslimos their customer services was excellent, all my enquiries were answered promptly, communication prior to the event was efficient and very clear and again extremely prompt, our driver was fantastic his communication was great, he kept in touch via whatsapp and we could contact him any time he kept the party bus immaculately clean, and we had such a fabulous time using the karaoke and putting our own songs on the whole experience made my mums 70th extra special. Just want to say how fantastic the party bus was! It truly made the evening for everyone - no one wanted to get off the bus! And Tarik, our driver, was brilliant. I cannot recommend highly enough, from the first enquiry to the end of our night, the whole experience was excellent. Thank you Nalan for being so helpful, friendly and efficient.

We hired the pink 16 seater bus for a hen trip into London. From the start, Nalan was more than helpful and booking was very easy. We were warned of possible disruptions to the journey, and Nalan went out of her way to make it work for us. Our driver Jane was absolutely brilliant, really friendly and made the journey fun and enjoyable. She did not stop us singing at the top of our voices despite the early hour.
A top company and I would highly recommend.

Very good service! Nalan very helpful! Limo is amazing, my daughter left her tiara in the limo and on a Sunday evening nalan responded to my message straight away next day posted the tiara back free of charge , driver very nice nothing was rushed! Definitely recommend hertslimos ❣️

My birthday, after contacting a few companies I instantly felt reassured with Herts limos, Nalan was so professional and friendly and nothing was too much to ask for. Our drive Tarik was also just as amazing and the bus really made the night.
