Very disappointed with the product and then the company would not refund me! I used it once and it left my hair frizzy and the round brush tangled and pulled at my hair. Reached out for a return and was told no because I used it once. Terrible do not waste your money or time with this company

Do not buy this product!!! Does not work & company will not return the item for a refund if you have used it.

Worst scam ever. So cheap and won’t give me instructions for returning . Only store credit Never ever deal with this company

Really disappointed with this product. This does not work on my hair (wavy, thick hair). The heat and air are not strong enough. The curl wrap styler barely wrapped my hair and when it did it also ripped out my hair. No curl.
Finally be warned you cannot return this product if you’ve tried it which is very disappointing given they promote a 60 day money back guarantee.

I haven’t even received my item, seeing these reviews I wish I didn’t purchase. I’ve been dealing with customer service for 3 day, no info about my items. It states on the website and my receipt that it ships out the NEXT DAY. Mine was not. When I contacted them they couldn’t find my order. Then tells me the “next day” doesn’t mean that’s not mean it will be at my place (obviously) that’s when the warehouse sends it out.
I explained all this false information to her and sent screen shots. She messaged me back again to tell me that.Obviously it would not be at my place the “next day”. Duh especially when it’s coming from CHINA(as I just found out this morning). Had I know I wouldn’t have ordered. I was under the impression it’s was coming from and made in CANADA. That was stupidity in my part. Why would it be made in Canada for a Canadian to have a job, No the work comes from another country for cheap and according to reviews CHEAPLY made. If it was made here(it’s not) it was probably made by a foreigner because Canadians can’t get work in our own country.
I’d also like to point out that it wasn’t sent the “Next Day”. I was told that it is sent out today… from China. I ordered (and they took my money) on the May 28th. It’s now June 1 and I’m told it’s sent out now.
Check their website. It says shipped out the next day, it also says it on my receipt. Yesterday while I was emailing customer service again, I received a text giving me an 80% savings but I had to act fast as there was ONLY 3 LEFT.
FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING INFORMATION !!

The product is not as advertised. The curler looks cheap and does not twist and curl as I had expected. When I tried to return it, they said it was from a flash sale and cannot be refunded. It was a waste of time. Seems to come from China.

Product does not work. They don’t include information about their return policy because they do not accept refunds. Huge waste of money.

I agree with other reviewer's. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. When requesting a return bc the blower is VERY LOUD as in can not hear after use & not using the hair tools they said they can not refund due to the nature of the flash sale. What home the ‘flash sale’ has been going on for 4 weeks. They are liars & cheats & I’m fairly certain it’s a Chinese based company with a CDN website & Toronto in their name. The tools are very cheaply made & the blower VERY LOUD DO NOT BUY!!!

I bought plastic curling tools because I had already tried another brand. However, the advertising is misleading! The tools only fulfill one of the two functions which is not even the best! Obviously, they refused my return and I am left with a product that is useless to me and is about to break. This is called "throwing money out the window"! Pitiful service and dishonest people. I order again, run away!!!

J'ai acheté des outils de curling en plastique car j'avais déjà essayé une autre marque. Cependant, la publicité est mensongère ! Les outils ne remplissent qu'une seule des deux fonctions qui n'est même pas la meilleure ! Evidemment, ils ont refusé mon retour et je reste avec un produit qui ne me sert à rien et qui manque de se casser. On appelle ça "jeter de l'argent par les fenêtres" ! Service pitoyable et gens malhonnêtes. Je décommande, à fuire !!!

Koop hier aub geen haar!! Het is echt hele slechte kwaliteit, het haar valt meteen uit na 1x wassen en het haar stinkt zelfs met haar producten erin.

Op hun website las ik goeie recensies vandaar toch gekocht. Ik had het beter moeten onderzoeken. Maar ik hoop dat ik jullie behoed voor het weggooien van 169€

BIGGEST SCAM EVER

- Did not receive what I ordered.
- What I did receive looked used and dirty. The items were thrown in the leather case, I did not get the gift box or the items in a packaged box, they were just thrown in the leather case and appear used.
- The main tool has one setting even though it is supposed to change to 3 and is cheap, and very disappointing.
- Do NOT buy this product

Do not buy this product under any circumstances – it’s a complete disaster! The hair became tangled and frizzy on the very first day and is of extremely poor quality. The sellers refuse to accept a return, falsely claiming that the hair was not properly cared for, even though I have photo evidence showing that it looked like this from day one. In my opinion, this is a scam.

If you’ve had the same experience, you can try filing a dispute through PayPal and submit photos as proof of the hair’s terrible condition to get your money back.

Awful, consistently terrible quality hair..within a week the hair is matted and tangles no matter what you do/use.
please don't even be tempted to buy anything from here as you will be wasting your money... you'll be better off ordering from Bebonia or betterlength

I had the absolute worst experience with these so-called “real human hair” extensions. From the moment I installed them, they tangled and matted horribly, making them impossible to manage. I followed all the hair care instructions. I used the recommended conditioners, detangled gently, and was extremely cautious with maintenance—but it made no difference. The hair shed excessively and became a complete nightmare to deal with.

I reached out to the company hoping they would offer some assistance, but they were completely unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. For the price I paid, I expected a quality product and at least some level of customer support. Instead, I feel scammed and frustrated. These extensions are far from what was advertised, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs!

Door de goede reviews op hun site gegaan voor een ponytail van heycurls. Deze aangeschaft voor een speciale gelegenheid. De instructies gevolgd voor het wassen en onderhouden. De ponytail heb ik 1 dag kunnen dragen.. De klitten waren er met geen mogelijkheid uit te krijgen. Ik heb eerder ponytails gehad. Daar heb ik jaren mee kunnen doen. Deze was na 1 dag onbruikbaar. Zonde van je geld. Trap er niet in!

NIET KOPEN ALS JE ZE MOET VERVEN!! Extensions gekocht waar duidelijk bij staat dat je ze kunt verven. Na 1 highlight beurt is het krulpatroon er al bijna helemaal uit. Misleidende informatie op de website dus. Aangegeven en Heycurls doet hier niks mee. weggegooid geld, geen service of enige compensatie terwijl op de website duidelijk staat dat je het kunt laten verven. Extensions laten verven bij een zeer gespecialiseerde kapper dus het ligt echt aan het haar.
Service heel slecht voor het geld dat je betaald voor de extensions. Jammer

The hair was worse than a synthetic wig and it’s supposed to be human hair. Wore the clip ins twice and had to throw them in the bin.

Dames, bespaar jezelf de centen! Ik raad het jullie hoofdzakelijk af om ook maar iets te bestellen op deze website.

De andere reviews die hieronder te zien zijn, zijn echt meer als waar. En het is jammer dat ik deze niet eerder heb ontdekt. Ik had mijn vertrouwen geleund op die ‘oh zo positieve’ reviews op haar website waardoor ik besloot om tweemaal de curly clip-ins te bestellen. Laat het niet lijken hoor. Dat mocht echt niet baten.

Het haar is van armzalige kwaliteit. Na 1x wassen kwam er abnormaal veel haar van de bundles af. En na de clip ins 1x gedragen te hebben werd het droog, keihard en matted. Lijkt net een vogelnest. Maakt niet uit hoe goed je het haar verzorgd, wat voor kwalitatieve haarproducten je gebruikt; het is niet te doen. Dit had ik (inclusief foto’s) aangegeven bij de klantenservice. De dame was ermee eens dat het haar er zorgwekkend slecht uit zag, en ze gaf ook eerlijk toe dat ze voorheen haren heeft verkocht van slechte kwaliteit. Maar toch bleef ze volhouden dat het “mijn schuld” is dat het haar zich zo heeft weten uit te pakken.

Daarnaast werd mij gevraagd om met een voorstel te komen voor een oplossing. Ik vroeg daarbij om een terugbetaling; zegt ze dat ze daar niet mee akkoord gaat en laat ze het voor de rest maar waaien. Dan vraag ik mij af waarom je mij überhaupt om een voorstel vraagt, wetende dat je geen oplossing te bieden hebt.

Al met al, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is om van te lachen. Het haar is van ongelofelijk rampzalige kwaliteit. Het is je geld echt niet waard. Dan kan je net zo goed synthetisch haren kopen, komt op hetzelfde neer. Die gooi je ook na 1x dragen de prullenbak in, en dan kom je nog goedkoper uit ook.

Nogmaals: kijk uit en bestel hier geen haren. Helaas zijn mensen mij al voor geweest met zo’n slechte ervaring. Ik hoop dat ik de laatste mag zijn, want ik gun het niemand om zoiets ellendigs te ervaren. Maar ik weet vrijwel zeker dat ik niet de laatste zal zijn aangezien het haar van slechte kwaliteit is en blijft. Lees je vooral goed in voordat je überhaupt eraan denkt om hier een bestelling te plaatsen.

Dont buy from this company. The hair is very bad quality and it stinks even when you wash it a couple of times. And when you wash it it tangles like you wouldnt believe unbelievable! This company is very bad and bad rude Customer Service . I told the person from Customer Service the problem that the ponytail i bought tangles incredible and even put a video to show how difficult it was to get out the tangles and i followed all there care instructions and product they adviced to use i used them

That i even had to cut a tangle out and still on other places of the ponytail there where more tangles so was no use to keep on trying! I told the Customer Service this .But they where just not trying to listen giving me the blame that it was my fault . Very very rude and bad Customer Service .
I really paid like 139 euro for nothing for rubbish.
I really regret and really advice anybody DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE! bad quality hair even SHEIN is better they at least not lie to you .the hair from SHEIN is also not the best but even better then the hair from this company! And more cheaper
This company only cares about the money!

Ive noticed also that they take away reviews just to make themselves look better if the review is not positive .

And on YouTube they make commercial and when you write a review underneath it to tell your bad experience with them they delete it.
