Buyer beware!!! I bought hair from this company earlier this year, it wasnt the quality that I expected but the real problem came when I tried to return it. My return was not accepted. It cost me a huge amount of money. The customer service was really bad. I would never recommend this company

I regret buying from this store
I regret buying from this store! Based on their quiz and advice, I bought the clip-ins, only to find out it doesn't match my curls! When I asked if I can change them, they didn't want to do anything about it and told me I can order again for 20% off. So I have to pay 180% for bad service?! No thank you! I should have done my research, because based on the reviews I would have never ordered from this place!

Disgusting to sell hair for so much money only to have it tangle within a very short space of time. At the moment, all the reviews are going to the wrong page hey-curls instead of heycurls.com but you can tell it's meant for them! Don't buy this rubbish hair unless you want a nest on your head. These people pay influencers to con us into believing the hair is good quality! Well maybe you should use that money to make better products. I won't rest until everyone knows what utter rubbish your company is. You have the nerve to block comments on YouTube so no-one can tell people the truth!
