A great purchasing experience. I first rang to check on an item I was considering buying, the staff answered the phone quickly and very friendly, they were very helpful and checked the items I was looking for. I ordered online and this was another excellent experience. Delivery was great and the items were very well packaged. They sent regular emails regarding the order. Can't thank the lad's and lasses enough at hgv direct after being stuck on the side of the road with a broken trailer this week. Rang my local branch in need of parts 76 miles away from them and they managed to get their sister branch that not only had the parts I desperately needed but they even delivered them to me at the side of the road late in the afternoon traffic. Can't fault them at all best truck parts suppliers in the country and it's true what they say, genuine parts by genuine people.

Nothing is to much trouble the staff are very professional with many years experience also very honest as to when and whether they can obtain what your requesting the part I was wanting only they could obtain it even the main dealer couldn't obtain it
