Only negatives was that the practical training centre wasn’t the best, nice people but facilities and trucks aren’t great and not very professional and I was told if I had come direct I could have gotten it nearly £1000 cheaper. I could have paid what I did pay and gone with a training provider like Colsons and everything is a lot more professional and better facilities and trucks

Highly recommended
My instructor, Mick, was so patient and really good at giving you loads of information in an easy to understand way repeating key points so things became second nature. Really enjoyable experience and I now know where to get the best bacon butties on the A6 !

Just on the basis that the information
Just on the basis that the timings of the theory are wrong I would not trust this company. Eg they advertise you have 2 hours to complete both parts of the theory; one 1 hour and 15 minutes for the multiple choice. This is incorrect; it’s 115 minutes being 1 hour and 55 minutes. Stay away; they can’t even given you the basics

I have requested further information from you via trustpilot but you have not provide information that allows me to locate you on our system. At present I cannot find any trace of you based on the name that appears with this review.

Whilst I will of course, fully investigate who may have given you the incorrect time I do feel that a one star review based on a five minute discrepancy is somewhat harsh, and I would like to understand from you how we could have improved your rating apart from quoting 1 hour and 55 minutes instead of 2 hours.
Please do contact Customer Services where someone will happy to discuss this with you once you can be identified as a bona fide customer.

I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Andy for being such an outstanding instructor. His patience and ability to break things down really helped me get through my practical with confidence. He took the time to work through the areas where I was struggling and provided great guidance along the way.
Andy’s experience truly shone through, and it was clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about. His approach made the course not only informative but also enjoyable. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their skills—it was definitely worthwhile, and Andy’s expertise made all the difference.

Enjoyable Experience, would recommend!
On my first lesson I was very nervous but my instructor made me feel at ease. Martin was very helpful, taught me what I needed to know about the vehicle and whilst driving.
Answered all my questions and gave me praise which made the whole experience enjoyable. Karl was very helpful and informative once I passed my test and finalised everything for me. I really enjoyed my experience, I felt comfortable and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience from start to finish…
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything possible you can think of was covered with ease. Allowed me to focus more on the driving part, which was brilliant aswell. Chris was my instructor and he was fantastic. Passed 1st time. Could not recommend more.

Mike & John the 2 instructors . Fantastic.
Mike & John the 2 instructors , were responsible for helping me pass.
With their knowledge ,they were able to pass on to me, through their experience , the things i must be able to do safely above all. Even though i have been driving for 44 years already , 14 years of that as a class 2 HGV driver, i still learned so much from them !
