Great fresh meat
Great using app and order arrived on day selected all meat was cold and fresh in vac pack and meat was suburb my dog loved the lamb and beef bones ordered 3 times and will again

Exceptional quality and range of cuts
Exceptional quality and range of cuts. We personally collected our on line order having discovered it’s very roughly in our neighbourhood and the shop staff could not have been nicer. The chicken and bacon were stand out in terms of taste.

Quality food
Quality food, chicken is very expensive and i would avoid buying that 2 for £10 is not good value for money when other butchers off at around £5. However beef was simply exquisite.
Edit: I’ve had the chicken at both hg Walter and uncle beef, both tasted the same but uncle beef was a lot cheaper. Still doesn’t put me off from ordering from hg Walter.

Thank you for your honest feedback, Jez. Our chicken is free-range, slow-grown and genuinely high-welfare - raised with space to roam and a natural diet. This does make it a little more expensive than alternatives, but it’s also what gives the meat real depth of flavour and succulence, and ensures the bird has been farmed with proper care and respect. We’re so glad to hear the beef hit the mark for you - that’s something we take enormous pride in with our dry-ageing and butchery.
