Ordered brisket flat & point. Smoked slow for about 5.5 hours. Rested for over 2 hours. Meat was moist, warm & succulent. Would definitely reorder.

It’s great to get veal delivered in hygienic, recyclable packing and the meat itself is excellent. We’ve made purchases on a number of occasions and never been disappointed.
