Tried to order 500€+ of stuff with my credit card.. Failed
Then attempted using paypal.. Shop said i that i had to be aware that the order would be sent to my paypal registered address.. That's fine.. Site pops up, i enter my credit card information at paypal, and it went trough.. Immediately i get an e-mail from highflow, that they have refused the order, because, the credit card isn't verified with paypal. Now paypal are holding my 500+€ and i can't reorder, because i sadly doesn't have infinite money. MAYBE it would have been a good information to add to your page prior to people finalizing their order? That way i wouldn't sit here with no product on the way, my money parked at paypal for a month, and oh yeah.. You gave me 7 days to fix the payment, or my order i cancelled. I'm so p***** off right now.. Now i can sit another month without my computer and enjoy the boredom of covid,, Thx for.. Well.. nothing i guess!

Reply to your answer: YOUR website, has NO information that my credicard has to be verified.. IF it did, i would have chosen a different payment option, and not be stuck with my money parked at paypal for the next month.

Edit: My order has now gone trough, and i'll review again once i receive my order.

Store with nice service

They had no digital PSU which i wished. They added it in their current loadout! Specially thanks to the service Nathaly de Man which stayed very patience and very polite within 1 hour answers! Till next time! <3

Natalie was incredibly responsive and helped figure out a payment issue rather quickly. To be as efficient as she and her team were for someone on the other side of the world with a first and relatively minor purchase...well, I'm exceedingly pleased! It would almost be worth it to continue ordering from HighFlow if I wasn't usually so impatient with waiting for things...

Despite being in the UK I've consitently found Highflow to be a better supplier for everything watercooling I've needed. The staff are very professional and the service is amazingly quick and precise. How much the dreaded brexit affects this I can't say but I hope not noticeably as it's my favourite watercooling shop.

I made an order recently and it was made ready during the weekend which is great. Arrived quickly and everything nicely packed together. Good prices and great realistic stock.

The only thing I can think of is there is a small fee if you want money back after you paid an order, but its more a paypal/small buisness thing. EK stuff cheaper here than at EK shop, prices have to come from somewhere.

Will order from this place again in the future.

To be honest, before I placed an order I thought Highflow was a website full of false products. I had never heard from them and thought the prices were too good to be true. But then I read the reviews and noticed that There were only good ones...So I took a leap of faith. Now 3 shipping days after I places my order I now am sooo happy with the results...The product is great and is exactly what I payed for, even a little snack. And the delivery was even faster than the other order I placed which ships from Sweden where I live...I am a really happy customer and will with confidence buy from Highflow again.

Wat een bacher zaak.
Ik moet regelmatig in Rotterdam zijn, dus ik haal de producten wel op. Ik ken geen andere webshop waar je kosten moet betalen, wanneer je de bestelde artikelen ophaal, hier wel. Nou goed, ik had de bestelde artikelen snel nodig dus ok.
Na de bestelling en betaling bleek dat ze niet alles op voorraad hadden. Na twee werkdagen langs gegaan en vast het geen ze wel hadden opgehaald. De medewerker vertelde tussen neus en lippen door dat dit eigenlijk niet de bedoeling is en dat normaal de bestelling eerst compleet moet zijn voordat zij leveren. Vorige week een bericht gehad dat het laatste artikel ook binnen is en dat deze opgehaald kan worden. 3x afgelopen week geweest en hangd daar een briefje, met de tekst niemand aanwezig. Inmiddels product ergens anders gehaald. En het laatste artikel mogen ze houden. Nogmaals wat een slechte zaak.

I was looking for a shop with watercooling parts next to my country and I stumbled upon Highflow through tweakers.net.

They have showed outstanding service so far after 6+ orders with them, I am truly happy I found them. The prices are more often than not cheaper than Amazon and their catalogue is bigger.

The delivery time has always been on point, orders being prepared and shipped on the same day.
