Sony Bravia XR55A95LU TV purchase.

I am a new customer to Hills Sound & Vision, and after seeing the excellent online reviews, I recently purchased a new Sony XR55A95LU TV at highly competitive price including free 5 year Sony warranty. Purchase confirmation was received immediately and TV delivered to Northwest within 2 business days by specialist courier APC.
I am extremely pleased with the TV and service provided by Hills Sound & Vision, and would have no hesitation in buying here again in the future.

Hills Rubbish

Your advert says CD on unit.
I rang you and you told me it had no CD and I needed to buy a CD but three wasn’t an input for it.
The unit was taken for recycling and I purchased a Roxel Pulse brilliant
{nuff said}
Waste of £499

What a puzzling review.

I've looked into your order and it was the JBL L42MS that you purchased, however I'm not sure where you read it has a CD player as we used the specification from the manufacturer's website. I'm very confused as there are inputs on the back for an external CD player as our sales person would have explained, so what is the problem? We have a very good returns policy, so why didn't you let us know you weren't happy with the product and we would have collected the product and refunded you?

I'm disappointed that you feel you've had a bad experience as from my point of view we did everything correctly.

Easy company to deal with, personable and experienced, helpful and professional, plus the best deal around by far! Arranged my delivery for a Saturday at a small cost too.
