Great is perhaps the wrong word. The purchase online was quick and efficient, carried out in a timely manner, as was the shipping by courier. Member of staff at Hills was very helpful when I made enquiry regarding this TV.

I bought a Dyson air purifier from Hills. As it was considerably cheaper than other websites I emailed to check that it wasn’t refurbished etc. They replied the next morning to confirm it was brand new, I ordered it and it was delivered free at 11.15 the following morning! You can’t ask for a better experience than that 😁

I was in the market for a new SMART TV after the one we had broke down after 10yrs of service. Through "Which" review identified what we wanted. On-line Hills offered the most competitive price, almost £200 less than high Street stores, Hills were doing it at £860 v a well known High St Company starting with C at £1050. It took me literally <5mins to purchase it. Delivery was free and Express. Customer Service via email, giving instructions and the issuing the invoice was great. The item came in 2 days, ordered on Sunday afternoon, arrived on Tuesday morning. Hills is based at Brighton and the delivery was West Lancs. Great service, smooth transaction, I highly recommend.
