Customer service was 10/10 at HiQ Tyres & Autocare Banbury. Once they received delivery of my tyres they called to let me know. Beck on reception was very helpful and pleasant. Travis who did the fitting was very professional and checked all my tyres. The price was very reasonable, I would definitely use them again

After looking after me last year after my body control module failed, I came back based on the level of care I received. It’s always been quick to book, easy to ask questions, and they behave like an old school garage, however they’re open and honest about everything that happens. It’s competitive so an easy choice to choose them over kwik fit or other options.
Becki is always on hand to answer questions and she looked after me last year and remembered me and Sam gave my car a great service this year. Will definitely be back.

Had my car in just before Xmas during an unbelievably busy period for us all! The Team did all the work and had me back on the road within a few days I cant recommend Sam, Becky & Travis Enough they are always so Friendly, honest, efficient & hardworking for any of your vehicle problems don't hesitate to contact this place!

Just picked up my vehicle from Becky, Sam and the team and a big thumbs up to you guys.

After being messed around by a well known national chain these guys were super accommodating in getting my vehicle booked in last minute and carrying out the required repairs. Upfront, honest and really helpful, cannot fault the service provided.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car, Becky and her team have been nothing but helpful. They have been able to help at the drop of a thumb and endeavour to find the issue and fix it. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Amazing!

This is the First time I have used HI Q in Banbury,I had quite a lot of work on my van,it was dealt with in a efficient polite manner,Sam the mechanic was efficient and on the phone to explain things clearly,the labour charge is very reasonable,and I for one would recommend this garage,for honesty, promptness,and a clear pricing structure ,Mr Bateman.
