Thank you to Ben who helped me out with a puncture repair at short notice, very grateful especially as I know it was a busy day for them. Would recommend this place.

Great service kept me updated along the way. No chasing or not getting through like a lot of garages just really good service will definitely use them for all my cars from now on.

Phoned the Stimpson Avenue, Northampton garage at 14:45 to ask if I needed an appointment for a slow puncture. Sep said I could go straight there. The puncture was not repairable so I had a new tyre fitted. Job completed by 15:15. Brilliant service - thank you so much.

We had a wheel alignment check at quikfit whom told us the front wheels were seriously misaligned and wanted to charge us £80.

We went over to HiQ on Stimpson Avenue and within 10 mins Adam quickly checked this for us and informed us that no alignment was needed. He even checked the tyre pressures and inflated them free of charge.

He could have easily lied and said we needed them done and took our money as many other garages would have done but his honesty was unparalleled in such a ruthless industry. What a brilliant garage and lovely workers! Thank you Adam. I definitely recommend them!

What a great experience. I went to this garage based on the reviews and they didn't disappoint. Sep and Adam are real professionals and so polite. They did a sterling job on my car and a great price. It's so hard to find a decent tyre place these days with the fear of being ripped off. I will definitely bring my business here in the future.

I have been using HiQ for about 10 years and always get great service. Mostly for MOTs which my car normally passed with no major issues. However, recently my car died (oil spraying everywhere and mixing with the water in the radiator) with 208000+ miles on the clock. I needed a car immediately and only had £600 available. Through their network of people selling cars, their knowledge of the cars and their owners, a few hours later I had test driven a car and bought it. No stress. My normal bug bear is not trusting sellers of cars. It's been a few weeks since and that car is doing me proud.

Got an alert that the rear tyre pressure was going down on my way from Northampton station. Stopped by at HiQ on Stimpson Avenue and Adam immediately spotted a large nail in the tyre, and took a look straight away. Turned out the tyre was not repairable, but he changed it for me immediately. The whole episode took less than half an hour, fastest service I ever had, with no fuss and nothing too much trouble for this friendly team. Highly recommended !

Great service as always. Nothing is ever too much trouble, kept me informed about what the problem etc was with my car and rang me promptly when it was ready. This garage always go above and beyond for their customers.

On the way down to Folkestone and the the car said the rear tyre pressure was going down, I called ahead to HiQ who said they were busy but could try and have a look if they get time. Managed to fit me in and diagnose a damaged valve. They corrected this for me free of charge and we were able to catch our train on time! Ricky was very helpful very impressed with his service.

Rather than persuade me to buy a brand new tyre, they tracked down the tiny nail which had caused my (very) slow puncture. All repaired and back on the road within 30 mins of my enquiry. Brilliant.

I called at 9.30 on Dec 28th needing a repaired or replaced tyre, dropped it off at 11.30, had a call by 12.30, and fitted by 3.30. Such a lovely, friendly team, who answered my questions patiently, so I came away feeling wiser too. I was so impressed! A friend was there quite by coincidence, who'd been given a coutresy tyre pressure check after a scary slip - she was saying she could never move, unless she could take them with her.

A part of my car exhaust failed. Hi Q, Stompson Avenue gave me outstanding service. They repaired it easily within 2 hours, gave me a courtesy call so I could pick it up and charged a very reasonable price. As a single woman I was so grateful for their honest, friendly service.
