Excellent service. Fitted me in at short notice for an oil change and checked the car over for other issues/faults too. The issues they identified were kindly sorted in the same session. Reasonable pricing and excellent communication, car was ready within 2-3 hours. So pleased, thanks so much to HiQ team at Truro!

Can’t fault that experience at all, did an online request for a major service, Jeff chased it up almost immediately. Easy to book, when it came to the work, quick with the work and able to book me in next day, and very reasonable on prices. Really happy with the work and will be coming back

A VERY HONEST COMPANY WILL ONLY DO A JOB IF NEEDED FOR A MOT. GOOD SERVICE AND VERY POLITE STAFF, WILL USE THEM AGAIN AS I DO EVERY YEAR.

MOT for my car was seamless from booking the slot to finishing the test.

Went to HiQ today to see if they could sort the mess up of Kwik Fit wheel balancing and they were amazing , so knowledgable and helpful , did it there and then . Thanks James and team

Didn’t realise MOT ran out!! spoke to Jeff and he said pop car down and would fit in around other work. MOT done in a couple of hours! Such a relief.

Geoff was extremely helpful as we had a flat tyre due to a pothole
Originally they did not have the size of tyre we needed, however they had a delivery not long after we had left
Geoff phoned me to say that it had come in and they could fit the same day
This saved me money and time and was greatly appreciated

Jeff the manager runs the place like clockwork.And has his finger on all the customers cars requirements.
Arrived early for my appointment but work started straight away.And was completed in a very timely manner.

Dropped my car off in the morning before work had to have a new cv boot and 4 new tyres, by lunchtime I had the phone call that all the work was done. Car is running sweet as a nut no knocks or noises, can guarantee any future works on any of my vehicles will be carried out by this garage. They also give a payment assist option if your bill is more than you can afford to pay in one go, it spreads the cost over four payments,

I have been taking my car to HiQ for a couple of years now. They always fit me in promptly, explain everything well and complete any repairs to a high standard yet for a reasonable price.
I particularly enjoyed the revamped waiting area, complete with a (much appreciated) coffee machine, at my visit for a fan-belt adjustment while I waited yesterday.

Absolute above and beyond service - Jeoff was so kind to go out of his way to help me sort my car as soon as possible whilst also explaining everything as he went. Can’t fault them super impressed.
