Always an amazing service. Geoff/ Jeff is always happy to explain the breakdown of the costs. The team are always welcoming when I arrive. As someone who knows nothing about cars, I’m always wary that a garage may take advantage of that, but the Truro HiQ garage always takes the time to give honest advice. Thank you!

Did what they said they would do without any fuss.
The only thing that did annoy me is that I was told to bring the car in at 9am but they only started to work on it at 11.00am. So I had a bit of a wait.

What a fabulous garage. As a female on her own I am always worried about going to a garage. These guys explained what they were doing, checked everything and showed me what was wrong and moved heaven and earth to get it done for me when I needed it. They were great at letting me know when the parts were available and moving things around to get me in.

I genuinely can’t thank them enough for a fabulous service they gave me and my beloved Yaris!

I had all 4 tyres replaced, they were very reasonably priced and cheaper than other quotes I had for exactly the same product. I booked in at a convenient time, left my car to be worked on and it was ready within the hour. Very efficient good service.

Great service

I thought I needed two new tyres and so they ordered two in at my request. Turned out I only needed one and that was all I was charged for despite the additional tyre being ordered and the checks that were undertaken.

Discovered i had a flat tyre and called into their workshop for help. Whilst they didn't have my size tyre in stock. The gentleman on the service desk came out, identified the problem, put air in my tyre to get me home and offered great customer service. Massive thank you.

I brought my car in for service and tyre change recently. Jeff I believe is the manager was really knowledgeable and helpful. His team seemed really nice and friendly too. I told Jeff that I could also hear a slight squeak and rattle noise coming from my engine bay whilst idling. Jeff immediately knew that a 530e hybrid will sometimes do that and he then helped tighten a bracket in the engine and the noise subsided. Most garages will probably either misdiagnose the problem and charge me for a diagnostic or try and upsell me an issue that was never an issue in the first place.

Changed two tyres to Good Year. My car came with Pirelli’s and Good Year I think is still premium but not as expensive.
