So pleased HMV have stores again
So pleased HMV have stores again, I visited the store at Bexleyheath and it was nice to flick through vinyls again. Unfortunately didn’t have the vinyl I was looking for so ordered it online, Easy to navigate website and order , fair price, smooth transaction , well packaged and delivered quickly. That being said I prefer the whole ambience of going to the store and flicking through vinyls. 5 stars

Good service and quick ordering .
Order service was quick kept me informed every step of the way . Staff was polite helpful and professional. Nice shop to browse and peaceful. And some great offers on .Always worth a look.

Great company value was ok some cds and vinyl are quite expensive but overall ok my local branch staff are very helpful and friendly ed and Ben.

Obtaining a DVD set.
They obtained a DVD set for me from their central store. The staff were very helpful and I was kept informed of the progress. A very efficient and friendly service.
