Great service.
Staff were helpful, order placed and e- mail came through a couple of days later to say package was in store, DVD collected the following day. Cannot fault the service.

Ordered online - great price for 3 vinyls. Notified when ready to collect. Collected really easily from the store. Staff very nice and vinyls packaged up well.

Good service
Buying from the HMV site was a seamless process until it came to the payment page where it crashed several times before putting my payment through. The delivery to the store was prompt which I appreciated!

Surprisingly wonderful
The item was a pre order. I had enough information about what was happening. When the item was expected, etc. Once it arrived and how to collect. Once in-store collection was easy. Staff were very helpful. It is the first time I've used hmv for anything for years but it was such a good experience 2 family members have recently ordered based on my recommendations.

Lovely experience
I nipped in to the dundee store with my daughter who picked up a few things she wanted. We go to the till and she sees the badges next to the counter. The one she liked was out of stock so the lady Laura who served us gave us the badge off her own lanyard. She was so lovely and helpful. My little girl really appreciated it.
