Waste of time
Waste of time! Firstly they hardly stock anything in store. Then went online, ordered on the 5th March for my son’s birthday. Charged me for all the items, and have now refunded me today, for two items!! So he didn’t get all he’s presents, and now he’s not getting them at all. Maybe if you don’t have stock; then remove from your website, and don’t charge people!
Yet they still have the items in stock online?! What is going on HMV?

No dramas ordering/click and collect service.
Easy to order and collect in store. Friendly staff who were helpful and knowledgeable and good email correspondences about my order. Great service, would recommend.

This is a review about the delivery of purchase rather than the albums purchased
Relatively, cheapest price for the goods I purchased (But it is still too expensive to buy vinyl).
I asked for my purchase to be delivered to a nearby shop thinking that it would make it easier and quicker to receive, unfortunately, despite being emailed to say the goods have been dispached, it still took several days before they arrived. Sadly, they arrived after boxing day, which was annoying.
However, the vinyls I was after were available in the shop, so bought a second set of vinyls and returned the ones that was waiting to collect from the start, so that I could give as presents.
The staff at the shop were so helpful in facilitating this workaround, so it all ended up working out.
