Delivery was fine but this was a gift to be picked up by the recipient. She didn't know what the gift was but she was quizzed about what was in it
which she didn't know. Both were in her name and she had all the proof. When they asked of it was for her she said one of them was for her boyfriend so they started asking for his id even though it was unnecessary. Bad experience for her on collection

Item was offered at a competitive price. The buying process was easy and the item arrived in the expected timescale. HMV Leeds staff were very welcoming.

No Blue Light or Student Discount, Apparently
Ordered an item in store as I like to use physical shops. The item was a pre-order costing about 85 quid. Despite asking at the time if they gave a student discount was told no, the person didn't think so. Then later I find out that student discount is available. It's the best part of a £10 difference in the price. Not happy 😕
