Rich,... A valuable member of the team
After receiving an email about a collection, Rich was very helpful in letting us know the order process once we were there and we were no longer confused. This is the second time he has helped us out. Its evident that he is attentive to customer needs, passionate in regards to providing good customer service and is an outstanding asset to your Leicester team.

My request was not in store but collection and payment arranged
The HMV sales assistant responded positively to my request, its absence in store meant it could be collected or delivered. I chose the former facilitated that arrangement along with the payment.

Faulty item
I bought a 3cd album and it only had 2cds in. I went back to the shop and they didn't have a replacement on the shelf. So I (paying customer) had to pay extra on top of the album for it to be delivered to my address which I shouldn't of had to pay because it was not my fault that you ( the shop ) are selling faulty items!!

First time user and was impressed how well it went. Price on screen was what I paid, no £25 p&p added on at the end because it was a not well known American artist. I will be trawling through HMV before ordering in future.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I ordered the DVD before release date and I was kept informed of the progress of my order.
It arrived safely and before the date I was told. So that is why I have given it 5 stars.

Finding an old movie
I wanted to purchase a particular old dvd that wasn't in store. The assistant was extremely helpful, found and ordered the item in. 3 days later I received notification that it was ready to collect. Great service and so much cheaper than the usual massive online retailers.
