A store definitely worth visiting!
The album I wanted to order was ordered in store. The guy knew exactly which album I wanted (even though it wasn’t a terribly well known album). He was very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Highly recommend
Great selection of vinyls with loads of choice across different genres. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. A brilliant place to shop if you love music highly recommend!

Excellent knowledge and service
The in store service was excellent. The assistant ordered my vinyl record as it wasn't available in store that day. It was then delivered home for free. Fab.

I received an email confirming my Dvd…
I received an email confirming my Dvd had been dispatched and the next day I received another email informing me my order was ready for collection. The guy who served me was pleasant and placed my order in my hand in seconds. It was a simple process and a whole lot better than ordering from Amazon which is killing the high street.

Really helpful sfaff
The staff are always so friendly and helpful, and usually knowledgable about the products sold in each department. The queues are never too long and it is easy to collect orders at the main desk.

Great service! The online ordering process was easy, and the email updates were helpful and timely. Collecting in-store was easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I bought 2 t-shirts ( for presents) , which were selling at a reduced price , on 8/12/25 at 11.49hrs
The member of staff serving at the till was efficient, polite and cheerful.
The store has a relatively large amount of stock.
