I love this shop the staff are so friendly and welcoming they are always willing to help with anything you ask its a shame the star rating only goes up to 5 because I'd put more stars if I could I'd definitely recommend the romford hmv thank you to all the staff for all your help over 15 years of shopping with you

Needed to order some old films on DVD. Staff at Romford Branch all very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate going there again.

With the help of one of the staff I ordered a dvd to be picked up at my local store and everything was handled very well. No complaints.
