I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

Confusing website if you want click & collect in store. Stock levels in store are misleading as these can not be released to click & collect customers. You have to wait for days for identical products... Ver mais

Great staff member; really helpful.
Good product - great value for money.
Excellent service- picked and packed the same day as the order, and it turned up 24 hours before you said it would.
What's not to like with that level of service.
Oh, and the recipient loved it.

I am disappointed as ,although the…
I am disappointed as ,although the website was easy to navigate ,when I placed my order It did not tell me that the item I wanted was out of stock. Consequently ,my friend did not receive the birthday present for her birthday . I had to get a rushed present which was not really what she wanted.
If it was more obvious that items were out of order people would be able to make the decision to wait for the order of shop elsewhere.

I purchased 3 Albums (Records) for £66.00. The Wall, Pink Floyd, Dark Side of The Moon, Pink Floyd and the Best of Stone Roses. Total saving for buying 3 for £66.00 was £38.00. Well chuffed. Excellent quality of repress and album covers. Well done HMV. Keep the offers coming and I’ll always be there.

No problems at tall
No problems at tall. Ordered cds online and I picked them up a few days later at the Solihull branch. I was kept informed by email on my order status and when ready to collect. All good, very happy.
