I've just the Solihull branch. Many many times, and that speaks for it's self. The Staff are all very professional and friendly. Overall great service.

The young lady in store was so helpful first she checked to see if the CD was in stock, sadly not be then offered to ordered it in for us without us having to ask if this was possible. Brilliant servi... Ver mais

Confusing website if you want click & collect in store. Stock levels in store are misleading as these can not be released to click & collect customers. You have to wait for days for identical products... Ver mais

Great customer service
Staff in store very helpful and friendly. I was kept up to date with my order and it was delivered earlier than expected. All together a great experience.
