Collection of purchases
Easy to use website BUT i myself still prefer going to record stores.
The young girl on the desk was very helpful when i went to collect my purchases.

The assistant in the hmv store where I ordered the dvds was polite friendly and very helpful. The products arrived within the expected time of arrival and were well packaged.
