I ordered on the Monday and picked thurs delivery coz I knew I wld be home nothing Thursday nothing Fri and then turned up sat ….why ask which day and then delivery when u like

The bag of mortar was ripped on the…
The bag of mortar was ripped on the back which I didn’t realise until I lifted it into the boot. It leaked and made a right mess. Really very unhappy. Very careless choice by Martin at Alnwick who prepared my click and collect order.

The assistant helped me put my goods into a trolley as they were heavy. It took me less than 1 minute to be served. All the staff in this shop are friendly and helpful.

Really helpful staff from both checkout…
Really helpful staff from both checkout and warehouse who helped me purchase a battery powered lawnmower. Not only helpful, but also knowledgeable about the product and went out of their way to enable me to complete the purchase. Within a couple of hours of purchase overdue cut of the lawn was complete and Fat Max mower made easy work of it.

Collection no problems, staff cheerful and engaged with customers.
Item, seem OK, a little pricey, but then everything is nowadays, I mean 15 bob for a Mars bar, over 15 quid for a packet of 20 tabs
