This Heritage paint is the best I’ve ever used

Booked a sander to be delivered to store. Instructions are - you will get email to say product is there & don’t go to store to collect before email. It was due over a week ago.
Liam Gibb went out of his way to sort this out. Many thanks for that. Have to be honest and say great customer service 🌟

HomeBase Farm manure was cheapest in this area, so ordered for collection & it was ready within half an hour. No wait on arrival either... excellent service!

Order ready for my collection as notified. We had travelled from West Lancs, it would have been helpful if the toilets were open.otherwise no complaints

Although I couldn't find the paint in the finish I wanted, I opted for my second choice. Well stocked store and a lovely new layout. Ann on the till was a very pleasant member of staff.

In and out the shop . Picked a few more bits up served with no delays. Excellent

On arrival at the shop we were informed the trellis put aside had rust spots on it & would we like to choose another . On inspecting the 4 others in store they all had rust spots of varying degrees. We chose the best one as we’d travelled some distance to collect. The assistant kindly offered a discount which we accepted . I’d like to point out that the young lady that helped us, her service was exceptional , just a great shame all the trellis’s were faulty & we’d not been advised on ordering.

Had to wait a while to be served but gentlemen was lovely.

Great service, helpful and polite staff

Went to collect my items and the atmosphere in the store was dreadful. Both of us felt we had walked into someone else’s party (although there was no party atmosphere here)
Would I purchase from here again? Certainly not. Will stick to other DIY stores or Online in future

Very easy transaction well organised but the lady on the desk serving initially was messing with sellotape and very rude and the lady on the till on the way out was slouching on the till and again rude! Your female staff need to cheer up and smile. The chap who served me was brilliant.

Arrived at the store on the he day they said with no fuss

collected a Christmas tree which was a really good shape and just as we would have selected ourselves! Thanks.
