Super fast, order was ready in like an hour, was served right away when I got to the shop. No notes!

The items were ready for me to collect and the sales assistant was particularly helpful - taping the blinds together so I could carry them - very much appreciated. The blinds are well constructed and very reasonably priced.

Click and collect order. One person on duty. Long line mostly with store purchases wrongly priced. Wrong item in order. Assist ant sent to look for order couldn't find. Took a few attempts. Nearly 30 mins at a quiet time to pick up. Needs radical improvement. Maybe amazon should buy them and figure out how to manage stock ordering and fulfilment.

Good helpful sales assistant

Few stars because there were so few staff. I spent ages walking around trying to find what I wanted - no staff to ask, and then queuing at customer service to ask there. Then, there were only 3 plastic plugs on sale - no chrome and no chain. The 4 Homebase paint colours I wanted in 5L matt weren't in stock. Not a successful trip.

The young man at the counter was very courteous and friendly.

Ordered online and collected within 2 hours hassle free.

Had to wait an age to collect my click and collect order because someone in front of me had turned up without the confirmation message that their order was ready. The person behind the counter made me wait while she went off round the store trying to collect the items in the customer in front's order. She should have told that customer to return to the store when they had received their confirmation message. No wonder tradespeople like me usually use Wickes!

Poor quality items. Returning before leaving the store. The lady serving at click and collect. White with brown hair was very rude and unhelpful she then proceeded to dismiss me and say next please when no one was behind me. Dreadful customer service. I order ordered some boxes and they were broken and dirty. A man named Prince came and went in the back to see if they had more in stock.

When you get to the checkouts after a relatively decent shop to be served by a woman who whilst serving answers her mobile phone and hides doing so by hiding it inside her burqa/niqab against her ear - not a positive experience - I sarcastically told Nina what great customer service she gave after handing me the receipt not even looking at me but I think she was so engrossed on her phone she that didn’t even hear me. Shocking customer service.

Text received item collected which it hadn't been went to store item out of stock. No notification received advising of this.

Plenty of stock, matched the online stock levels.
Friendly sales person on the till.

Speedy service
