Denice Jennings was our consultant and made choosing and designing the kitchen a straightforward and enjoyable experience. I was more than happy with the results and she was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products available. An excellent consultation.

Susan who served me was very polite and quickly summoned help to take the compost I had bought to my car and load it for me.

The staff were friendly and helpful. One of my items was slightly damaged and a discount was offered when I pointed this out

chose Homebase over other stores because I generally receive a better service

Dropped in to Harlow Homebase this week and had 3 great interactions with such helpful staff. Susan at the desk, a gentleman who came across to us to help when he could see we were looking for something and the lady outside who pointed us to another item. All so friendly and smiley. Seems a nice place.

Very helpful customer assistants working on the paint section. We have a new bathroom and wanted a paint to match the bath panel. One assistant scanned the panel to produce a match pot. When we returned, having checked the colour to be an exact match, another assistant explained about the different types of paint we could use and how the reflective qualities would be different.

Process was easy. Item is great!

I ordered 6 bags of compost, click & collect. Leanne phoned to say the store were running out of this product and offered a package that gave me a better deal. She was committed, helpful and imaginative a joy to work with.
