I went into the store looking for some very specific paint and after quite a long time searching, Jerry approached me. He was very friendly and helpful. I showed him the name of the paint and he immediately knew what it was and which brand etc and offered to mix it up for me! I was so impressed that he didn’t need to check. He was incredibly helpful. Thank you Jerry!

The experience when paying was exceptional. Courteous, polite and friendly service from Julia at Market Harborough.

I couldn't find what I was looking for so I asked an assistant called Miles. He took me to the cable clips i was looking for and made sure they were the right size for the extension lead I was also going to purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. He was polite professional and cheerful. A very nice experience.

I had a large item which John very kindly helped me with. He came out in the horribly wet weather & despite quite the struggle with getting the item in my car, John remained extremely patient & helpful. I should also add that he was very polite, kind & professional… an absolute star! I do hope Homebase will give him the recognition he deserves… he certainly is an asset to the company

I was looking to buy some indoor plant compost but didn't know where it was located in the shop. I asked someone where I would find it. The sales assistant ( Jerry, who turned out to be one of the managers) escorted me to the area where it was displayed. There were a few different types available and Jerry enquired what type of plant I needed it for. I told him and he provided a lot of expert advice on what was most appropriate for my plant. He was knowledgeable, very engaging and helpful. A real pleasure to deal with. Great customer service.
