Homebase - Newmarket Avaliações 

The click and collect pots I ordered were the wrong size and supposed to be the same colour but were visibly different - probably just a mis hap given the volume Homebase sells or organised from their warehouse, but it was annoying. Minus that the stores good for general needs.

The garden area was set out very well, and we found all the plants we needed. At the till area, Amber was very friendly and helpful

The paint was at the store. Customer service was good.

Do not shop here if your product goes wrong or brakes they are not interested they will make up a thousand excuses why it happened but do nothing about it they would not help my mum when her glass top table exploded do not buy anything from Homebase

Ordered several items on different days. All were ready and waiting for me. Heavy items were on a trolley. Parking was easy, right outside the exit so loading was simple. Staff were all very friendly. Can't fault it.

I needed paint and brushes. The man I dealt with (I don't know his name) was excellent. He got me the paint I needed and explained how to use it to get best results. Nothing was too much trouble. I went in clueless and felt like I knew what I was doing when I left. Thank you

Visited Homebase in Newmarket on 05/05/2024 and Jo went above and beyond to help us, great service and an absolute pleasure to deal with her, very valued member of staff so would love to see her service rewarded, thank you Jo your a star. Also must say a Thank you to Paul & Lottie as well. Overall a great service and would highly recommend.

Amber was fantastic. Very helpful considering we were awkward customers who had forgotten prices and what we actually wanted to keep in our basket. Nothing was too much trouble for Amber and she made us feel comfortable being a bit awkward. A credit to Homebase Newmarket.

I was served by a very polite young man at the till. He gave me good advice for my project and was happy to help.
Not always the case these days but in Homebase, this is always a given that customer service is always priority.
I think the staff member was called Edgar or Eddie.

A lovely group of staff at the customer service area especially Lottie
So helpful kind and friendly customer service skills are above what I’m used to,People in my experience do the minimum but not Lottie she went above and beyond and was happy to spend the time with me.

It would have been nice if the lady on the checkout could have been a bit more helpful, as I needed some help with my Apple Pay but she just stood there. Not very helpful at all, luckily a customer behind me helped me.

Paulo in the decorating department was very helpful and made our experience easy to make a decision on paint colours which would of been very stressful between my partner and me.

Friendly staff who held on to my order longer as I was indisposed.

As always call and collect excellent, staff friendly and helpful, carried on shopping two items of interest both ( of which there were numerous others ) had no price tags a bit frustrating, however did purchase other items and enquired at the till regarding the cost of a USB powered table lamp to be told “ £15 but I wouldn’t give £2 for it “ needless to say being slightly surprised by the response decided not to buy.

Paolo and Angela at the Newmarket store have been extremely helpful and kind while I was choosing my paint recently and went out their way to get me the exact paint that I needed
