Great service, turned up 10 mins before closing to pick up an order, the staff were very helpful brought it out in minutes on a trolley to help me get it to the car

Order ready when I arrived, and a lovely lady took the time to call me regarding wether I still wanted one of the items I had ordered.

I;ve been coming to my Saffron Walden branch for years for either DIY stuff or things for the garden, and its always a great experience - the staff are so friendly and helpful, long may it continue :)

I ordered on click and collect. Collected same day after work. The 2 colleagues at the collection point had my order within a minute as well as a friendly chat and recommended some other things I wanted. I always get great service here and I love the staff!

Very good service ! Totally helpful and help carrying to car quickly organised! I only wish this store could remain open - we have benefitted from it so much in the past ! And as all my local friends say we love wandering about in here and shopping and collecting easy to get to and to park! Won’t you reconsider keeping it open - otherwise huge long trip in this area to nearest one kept open ? Please 🙏

I was looking for a drill driver and had no idea where to start looking since I had no experience with such a tool. Thankfully customer assistant John was called to help me. He was very helpful! I was amazed at how much time and effort he spent to efficiently explain a few models that would be good for my purpose. He patiently answered all questions I had (and they were many!). He even got a model from the warehouse, opened it up and guided me through all the features, teaching /showing me how to use it. Furthermore, John, helped me decide which drill bit collection box to choose, again, explaining and showing me what each types of drill bits were used for which purpose and also comparing prices to value/quality. I must say, I have never had the luck to have been assisted so thoroughly by someone before. Not only did I leave the shop confident about the choice of tool I was buying but I was also given a full lecture about how to use it. Superb customer experience thanks to John!
