After a poor experience with another company, where we encountered a number of faults, we unfortunately had to start from scratch with the flooring for our new build - and urgency was definitely of the essence!

After being recommended by a neighbouring carpet shop for their extensive range of LVT, we visited Home Trends, and we honestly couldn’t be happier that we did.

The customer service from Stewart was 5-star from start to finish. His communication, regular updates and genuine empathy after our poor experience elsewhere made such a difference. He was incredibly helpful throughout and made what had been a stressful process feel so much easier.

The selection of products, combined with the knowledge, service, speed and efficiency, was fantastic. We were delighted with the whole experience and only wish we had found Home Trends sooner!

We opted for Moduleo LVT and the finished result is absolutely stunning. The fitting was completed to an incredibly high standard, and the fitters did a fantastic job.

We genuinely couldn’t recommend Home Trends, Stewart and the team highly enough.

Would highly recommend to family and friends .
Great service throughout and really pleased with the fitting of carpet and floorings .

Great service provided from initial shop purchase with honest advice to the delivery and professional fitting. Great price for quality carpet too. Very impressed & happy with everything.

Very good service and served by two experts in carpets. The fitter was also very efficient, quick and tidy. Would highly recommend and even better is the prices are lower for the same carpet then in other retailers.

Outstanding service from beginning to end, every detail was taken care of, truly impressive work! Highly recommend them
