ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! Complete scam. I ordered march my dress march 11th and this company took my money and I never got my dress I live in Idaho and the delivered to Utah. Fraud, scam and overall do not recommend.

I’ve ordered a dress March 22nd but it’s dated March the 23rd ! Now here it is April 12 i haven’t received not one tracking number and now i feel scammed ! i’ve contacted the support team but it’s like they help but it’s never good help and it’s very frustrating ! And i need my dress April 18th ! Now i will have no prom if my dress doesn’t pop up on the porch because of the bad communication and shipping!

i ordered a dress from them and in a few hours i realized it was a sherri hill dress so i tried to cancel it and according to the website i still had time but no one has responded to my emails and there is no way to cancel your orders guess i’m just gonna have to dispute the charge with my bank and hope they’ll give me the money back. my order number was WBHRUS9496 and i have noticed that that is the reply you give to most reviews. maybe instead of just giving the same useless promise you could actually do something and stop scamming people out of their money or at least allow people to write reviews on your website.

If I could give this less than one star I would! This company is absolutely horrible! I purchased a dress on March 24th, and paid $200 with shipping. The dress was purchased for Prom, which is on April 10th. Yes, I’m aware that is a little late. However, she just decided she wants to go last minute. It is now April 10th and this time has yet to ship out. Shipping that I paid for was 6-10 business days. I have sent multiple communications and the responses I haven’t gotten range from “We have let the team know of your needed arrival date, but can make no promises” to “ be aware full refunds are only possible if you cancel within 120 hours of the purchase” to “Shipping time frames are NEVER guaranteed”. Not one time has this, suspect at best company even apologized for the horrible Customer Service, for the bs shipping time frame, or for the general lack of clear communication. I am now being forced to despite the charge with my bank, and who knows if I will get my money back or not. And spend more money on an another dress that god willing will be here on time! Save your money, your time, and the headache and order somewhere else. Do NOT be deceived by the reviews on their website. They are an overseas company, who I believe ships from CHINA. They legit have no intention of shipping anything in the time frames you pay for, nor do they have any customer service whatsoever. There is not even a number to call, just a basic email for every department. I will be informing the BBB, and possibly a lawyer. I REPEAT, don’t get scammed by this company!!!!!

My order number is WBHRUS8378. I ordered two beautiful dresses for my proms and I need them by April 29th. I placed my order on March 23 and still have not received any new information about my dresses. Are they still coming or is this a scam?

My order number is WBHRUS8982. I have reached out 3 times to return my dress and have not heard back. It’s been 2 days since my dress came so I am within the time table. Their website says easy returns, but there has been no response to my 3 emails. Would not recommend.

I ordered my dress about 2 weeks ago and still received it I’ve contacted support 4 days ago and haven’t gotten any response. My prom is soon and I spent $194.99 on it and I feel like it’s a scam. My order number was WBHRUS8594.

Unfortunately, we need to return it since it is too big around the waist. I’ve emailed the support email several times but haven’t received return instructions. I am within the time frame and hope that the company isn’t stalling on purpose. A better return procedure could help out this company tremendously./

I dmed homrain on instagram and they answered immediately which i respect, but when i asked the question of where my order was there was no more answer. my order number is WBHRUS8908 and i need the dress by april 15th, i’m a little bit worried that it won’t come in on time for my senior prom :(… homrain has a beautiful selection of dresses either way and they take time to reply to people which i appreciate.

Received the dress about 4 weeks after ordering- it’s beautiful, and decent quality. Unfortunately, it doesn’t fit so I have initiated the return process (sent email the day the dress was received)…and I’m concerned! It’s been well over 24 hours and no response with the promised instructions. I’ve still got time, but based on the reviews, I’m not getting my hopes up.

So the dress is beautiful and I feel like it’s quality- BUT, they do not make returns possible, even though they say they do.
I emailed (per instructions) about returning the dress purchased and the responded in 48 hours asking for pictures to verify size of dress, I emailed pics three days later (as I was out of town) and I have emailed three more times since then with absolutely no response. I believe they do this so that you run out of time for their 14 day return policy from the time you receive the dress. And it has to be mailed back to China! That takes 6-10 days and is not cheap.
I gave up and given the fact that their lack of communication would mean I could not get the dress back within the time table and then I would imagine they would decline the return for that reason, after the trouble and expense. This is just my honest review.
I will not purchase from them or their multiple companies again. I believe, Llella are the same company. Can’t recommend.

UPDATE- they have emailed me and I have forwarded to them emails I sent with the requested information for the return that were sent within their return timeline. If they take the dress back- as they rightfully should, I will update my review. I do not leave reviews lightly and I only do so to help a future buyer avoid a bad exp and or tell them about a really good one.

Update: still ZERO affective communication with return agent Catrina. I have now emailed her the pictures she requested 5 times. Still no resolution.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING UNLESS YOU KNOW FOR CERTAIN YOU NOT NEED TO RETURN. It is clear they stall and delay return communication until people give up. NOT ETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

WBHRUS8848 is my order number. I have tried to contact this company with no luck. Our order just says processed with no shipping info even though it has been 8 business days since my order meaning it should arrive in 2 days to meet their 6-10 day window. How is that going to happen?

I ordered a burgundy dress with white sequins. I received a red dress with red sequins. The design on the dress is different then what's advertised. I wish I was able to submit photos. I will be submitting the photos to paypals when I file a complaint and I expect a full refund and for you to pay for shipping this back. This is false advertising of your product. The color of the dress, the color of the sequins and the design on the dress.

I have been trying to reach them because I have received no information on a prom dress I ordered 3/14! It’s been 3 weeks and the tracking system doesn’t work. They have a bogus email on their website so there is no way to get in touch to see about my missing order (order #WBHRUS7888)

I'm literally still waiting on my dress that I ordered 3 weeks ago, at this point I really don't think my dress is going to be here on time. I really should've looked at their reviews before ordering because what everyone is saying about their shipping is true. I ordered a 3-5 day shipping rout and it STILL hasn't gotten here. My order # is WBHRUS8256. It shouldn't still be "processing" after 3 weeks of ordering.

The dresses from this company are absolutely stunning. I receive so many compliments every time I wear one. The styles are unique and the attention to detail is impressive. Highly recommend!

Be careful. Dresses are cheaply made. Returns are impossible. You have to email them, they do respond by telling you to send a pic of the items size tag and they will send instructions for return. They never do. They Wai til you are at your 14 day window and trll you it's too late. Terrible company.

I ORDERED A SUIT AND SHOES 7 days ago, I ordered it to be here from 3-5 days and it’s still isn’t here, it hasn’t even been shipped out, I have prom April 14 and I’m still waiting for my suit, my order number is WBHRUS8470 and whenever I input it in to track my oder it says unknown, I should’ve read the reviews first because everyone is having THE SAME problems as I am, we’re is my suit, and if it ain’t coming we’re is my money???
