My order WBHRUS9119 still is not here when it said 6-10 days and I placed it about a month ago. I have prom in less than 2 weeks and stressed out. I can’t even track where the pack is at.

Don’t buy from Homrain.
The worst company ever. They sent my daughter a dress with a broken zipper. The dress shipped from California and they want me to return it to China. Customer service is a joke you cannot call and speak to anyone.. customer service told me to send it to China. Your not helping at all. You told me to return it to china.

Absolutely not. Ordered almost a month ago and it went past my house all the way to berlin and has been there for days. I am so stressed. I have emailed them multiple times and nothing. A real rip off. I want a full refund!

Still Waiting!
I have attempted to contact Homrain several times. They have not had any updates on the dress whatsoever. I ordered it at the beginning of the month and had it be delivered as early as possible. It hasn’t shown up and it’s worrying me. I need to know if they either are out of the dress that I want or that they are going to be a while. I didn’t have it getting tailored so I don’t know why it’s been this long.

If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Same complaint as everyone else.They gladly took my money on 3/31/2023 with an estimated 6-10 business day delivery time. No sign of dress being shipped, no response to any of my 5 e-mails, no dress and certainly no response from Homrain. Last e-mail sent I cancelled the order and demanded a full refund. Shockingly no response yet!

The order states it has not yet been fulfilled and your time has expired. Refund me my money and I'll filing a claim to report this company to the Better Business Bureau so they can no longer operate in the United State.

Ordered my prom dress over a month ago for my prom this saturday. STILL not here. We were told 6-10 business days. We’ve been checking on it for the past two weeks and it’s been anywhere from Japan to Berlin!! Horrible experience.

I have been emailing for the past 3 days about updates on the status of my order with ZERO RESPONSE!!! I need my dress asap and paid extra for expedited shipping!!! I cannot believe this is turning out to be a scam! The extra processing dates are NOT advertised when you buy the dress, but can be found in the deepest place of the website. I wanted to cancel my order of 3…
I wanted to cancel my order of 3 dresses. I did everything I was told on the website. I emailed them with my order number and all the information they had said they needed on the website (including screenshots). This was also 4 days after I initially ordered them and they had not yet been shipped. I have not received any response and I am starting to doubt I will. Do not trust this company.

I ordered my prom dress on March 30, 2023 and still haven’t received it. I even paid for expedited shipping. This place is such a SCAM and it has been a nightmare trying to get answers from anyone only to find out it will cost me nearly 3 times the cost of the dress just to ship it back to their offices in China. This company preaches that their dresses are “made to order” and that is such a joke these dresses are SO poorly made and the quality doesn’t line up with the price. The day I opened my package it had little strings sticking out all over by the seams. I am so sorry I ever purchased anything from here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I used the chat on website, and they told me if I want to cancel the order they will give me 10% refund of the amount , or if I want they can give me 15%OFF on my next order. I have never had such horrible…
I have never had such horrible experience ordering from a company. Shipment has taken way longer than website advises, member services gives no indication or helpful advice, and company will not return my money to me. I will never order from this website again. I still don’t even have the dresses I ordered - let alone reading all of the comments here when I do want to return them am already for-warned that the company is not helpful with returns again going against their own website descriptions.

Where is my dress?!
I ordered my dress 12 days ago and it says that the order is being processed still! I have emailed them several times but haven’t received a response! I’m very concerned that this is a scam and there will be no dress! I just think it’s horrible how this website is taking advantage of us! It seems like I will only be repeating the same experience as most others on this site. We ordered a dress on April 2, still no tracking number or shipment information. No reply to an email we sent in search of an answer. After reading other reviews not much confidence we will see this dress arrive on time. Other websites offer greater selection, better prices, and faster/accurate shipping.
