We had a new oven and cooktop installed. The electrician who came was very professional and was able to give us a quote and install the appliances the same day. Very happy with the service and appliances working perfectly.

These people were skilled in connecting us properly to the electricity system when it needed upgrading and was not operating in some areas of our property. They were at the correct level of electrician for the job and not every electrician is at this level. I thank them and compliment them for their prompt response, absolute skill and honesty.

This was a significant repair requiring Level 2 Electricians, liaison with Ausgrid and Neighbours.

After suffering multiple outages due to blown fuse wires that was swiftly resolved by Hornsby Electric, I decided to completely overhaul the electricity supply setup and upgrade the switchboard. Jacob explained in detail the pros and cons of different options, and I selected to replace the 600 x 600 meter box with a 900 x 600 one to cater for future growth.

On the day of the upgrade, two Level 2 electricians performed the upgrade starting at 7am and completed by around 3pm. All tasks were carried out as described in the quotation, and now I have an up-to-date standard switchboard with a smart meter and circuit-breakers covering all 3 phases.

A week after the upgrade half the sockets in the kitchen were out. Jacob guided me over the phone to troubleshoot the issue, and identified that a circuit-breaker was faulty. An electrician arrived within 2 hours to replace the circuit-breaker with a new one.

The job was done properly but I thought the electrician should have come the the light to install instead of going away to get it .I had told him I needed a replacement sensor light before he came so why did he not bring one with him?
