Honest, reliable, on time issues attended promptly.
Previous Strata managers were inefficient. It was suggested by an owner we should seek another Strata management company. We did and could not be happier with the choice made.

So happy and impressed with the electricians who installed our new hotplates, being an older home this had some difficulties, a few of which were sorted before commencement by great communication with the owners of the business. The work was done with a minimum of fuss (and mess) and we were treated with respect at all times. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.

Remember to ask for a quote
After requesting a service from Hornsby Electric to replace a single outdoor light with another one I provided, I was never provided with a quote for the job. My job was booked and I assumed that I would be charged standard market rate.
I was eventually charged $350 for a job that took exactly 10 minutes. Had I been made aware of the estimated cost, I would have used another electrician...
This is totally on me: I now know I absolutely need to ask for a quote, even for the simplest possible jobs.
